Returns Window:
If you do need to return an item, this must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returns:
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Costs:
Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will cover the return shipping in these cases and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process the refund back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Used candles cannot be returned due to fire and safety risks.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
